Elements of Tiadar : Evander Waldwick

Evander may seem cold and introverted at first glance, but is actually very easy to talk to! He likes skinship so don't be surprised if he suddenly touches/hugs you. He tones this down, however, once he has a lover. He is deemed as a mysterious man because he does not like to expose his personal information, nor his history, to anyone.

When Evander was 10, his father slipped through the portal and ended up in the Shadow World. However, he got into quite a big trouble while trying to get out of the Shadow World. Although he managed to escape, the Shadow Beings hunted not only him, but the rest of the family and relatives as well. They had to escape frequently around the 4 worlds, and fearing the safety of Earth as well, they never stayed long there. It was a very stressful and agonizing 6 years until the Shadow Beings eventually caught up to them and slaughtered the entire family. Evander, being the only child, was hidden away in the house, but was eventually discovered by the lead of the pack. Evander, at that time of age, was a very quiet boy that kept to himself alot, and showed no fear, staring up at the Shadow Being unflinching. They were used to feeling fear from the people(while enjoying it) , and found Evan quite queer, kidnapping him to their homeland to toture him.

Locked up )n a small room without windows, the Shadow Beings began to 'experiment' with him. They injected a small amount of Shadow blood in him, filled with negative energy, but just enough to keep him alive. They laughed askthey watched him wringe and scream in pure agony as the tainted blood tore apart his own. This carried on for several months until he was eventually immuned to it. The darkness in him expanded until he eventually gave in. Having both the Nightflier and Shadow blood running through his veins, he gained full control of shadows, tearing apart the 'prison' that held him, as well as the Shadow gang that abducted him.

Escaping to Arivanna, the clean air in it cleansed his body, putting some Darkness to sleep, which also left him in utter exhausione2C collasping in front of a larg% house in the forest, which also belonged to the Nightflier High Priestess. Of course, she naturally took him in, but after he awoke, he was overwhelmed by the remaining Darkness in him. With fogged up thinking, he assasinated the High Priestess, claiming her position as a High Priest.

Now, he covers the injectio. scars on his elbow with scarfs, also he creates his cloak that will naturally move against his emotions, so as to remind him of the Darkness laying inside.
